Originally from the East Bay area of San Francisco, Marci brings a background in healthcare and a passion for making people feel genuinely cared for to Steele Hair Gallery. With experience on both the provider and insurance sides of the healthcare industry, including supervising a clinic that saw 500 patients in a single day, she's no stranger to keeping things running smoothly while putting people first.

For Marci, creating a beautiful experience goes well beyond the appointment itself. She loves going above and beyond for guests and wants everyone who walks through our doors to feel seen, heard, and special. Whether she's helping with appointments or simply making someone feel welcome, she's all about the little things that make a difference.

Outside the salon, Marci loves spending time in the kitchen, recreating meals from her favorite restaurants, and making a delightful cheesecake. She's also a fan of reading, puzzles, and absolutely anything spooky. Her travel bucket list includes Spain and Italy, but she'd also love a spooky getaway to Salem, Massachusetts, or Dracula's Castle in Romania.
