Our BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) refill program lets you refill select Aluram and Shibui shampoos and conditioners right in the salon — saving money and reducing plastic waste. Refills are priced per ounce and available during your appointment or anytime you stop in. It’s a simple way to care for your hair and the planet at the same time.

Giving back is a big part of who we are. Each month, Steele Hair Gallery partners with local organizations to support causes that matter — from collecting socks, hygiene items, and nonperishables to hosting donation events that uplift our Jacksonville community. We also donate hair clippings to Matter of Trust, an environmental nonprofit that repurposes salon hair into mats used to clean up oil spills and protect waterways. For us, beauty goes far beyond the chair — it’s about connection, kindness, and using our space to do a little good in the world.
